Aquifyze Return Policy
Our products are printed on demand after you place your order, making each one unique. Because of this, we do not generally offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as changes of mind, incorrect size choices, or errors in customer-submitted information.
Replacement Policy for Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, please contact us within four (4) weeks of the delivery date. Please provide a description of the issue along with photos to assist us in investigating the situation. If we determine there is a problem with the product itself, we’ll arrange for a replacement.
Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within four (4) weeks from the estimated delivery date provided to you.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that you provide a correct shipping address at the time of ordering. If an order is returned to Aquifyze due to an incorrect address or if a shipment is unclaimed, you will be responsible for the following:
- Cost of reshipment, including the original shipping cost plus a $4.00 service charge.
- Any additional fees levied by the fulfillment operator and handling costs.
If we are unable to reach you or if no reshipping address is provided, the package may be donated after two weeks of receipt by Aquifyze.
Important Notes
- Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for items like face masks or undergarments. These items will be disposed of if returned.
- Please be aware that by using Aquifyze, you agree to our return policy, which is governed by the English language regardless of translation.
